Cancellation Policy
At Lotus Aura, we work hard to process and ship your orders quickly so you can enjoy your accessories without delay. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp (8506056822) or email (team.lotusaura@gmail.com).
After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellations will not be possible.
Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may still apply for a return or exchange after receiving the product (subject to our Return & Exchange Policy).
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Special Cases
Customised products or special gift combos cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as they are made uniquely for you.
In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock or operational issues, Lotus Aura reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
