At LotusAura.in, we value your trust and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return guidelines carefully.
💳 For Prepaid Orders
If your return is approved due to a valid reason (e.g., damaged or defective product with proof), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
💼 For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after the returned item is received and verified.
Customers must share their bank/UPI details while raising the return request.
🚚 Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
✅ Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incomplete.
An unboxing video (showing the package being opened from start to finish) is provided as proof.
The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Jewellery that has been used or worn.
Returns without proper unboxing video proof.
Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.
Free gifts or promotional items.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the item (as per the policy) and place a new order separately.

To initiate a return or refund:

Share your Order ID, reason for return, and the unboxing video.
If approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange a pickup/courier.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item clears our quality check.

Lotus Aura reserves the right to reject return/refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
All items must be returned in secure packaging and original condition to avoid damage during transit.
